Join us for a day of science, clinical best practice recommendations, and new directions.

A robust body of research supports benefits of mindfulness practices across multiple populations for a variety of conditions. Mindfulness training appears to play role in prevention, well-being, and optimal performance. Now there is a strong focus in the mindfulness field on adapting existing mindfulness-based interventions for special populations and conditions, as well as increasing access, diversity and inclusion with people of color and underrepresented teachers and students.

We are excited to have Professor Rhonda V. Magee as a keynote speaker. Professor Magee will present “Deepening the Foundations for Equity and Renewal: Mindfulness and Compassion in the Work of Transforming Our Communities.”
