Description of the Opportunity:
Casey Health Institute is seeking a Medical Director to provide clinical and organizational leadership to assure quality patient care and to promote a brand consistent delivery system of Integrative Primary Care and Integrative Health. Specifically, the Medical Director is responsible for providing direct patient care within a Patient Centered Medical Home model, as well as overseeing and facilitating optimal performance by physicians and non-physician providers in accordance with CHI mission, vision, values and strategic plan. The Medical Director functions as a role model, leader, and collaborative member of the health care team, displaying clinical competency, professional ethics and sound judgment in assuring the delivery of high quality, Integrative health care. The Medical Director leads quality initiatives, collaborates with leadership staff to create clinically relevant budgeting and financial projections and metrics, represents the organization externally, collaborates with the clinical team to implement efficient and effective workflows, and supports an environment of patient safety and satisfaction. Candidates (MD or DO) must be Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine and have Integrative Medicine experience.
